Hi Suzi! If you go into your account, you can access their billing schedule — they always bill about 1-4 weeks in advance, which from my experience is super common with subscription boxes! they received the payment for my box on 5/27/20. Got an email on 6/11/20 stating my box has been shipped. 6/18. Still no box. Why is the a week after payment for the summer box? No payment should be made until shipped!
