By creating a healthy morning routine and waking up early not only will you feel more motivated and productive, but you’ll have a happier mindset as well. Waking up early also has long-terms effects such as improved mental health, better sleep patterns, and boosted self-esteem. 10 steps to a healthy morning routine 1. Set an alarm. I highly suggest getting an alarm clock separate from your phone. Phones can be a huge distraction in the morning and can also dampen your mood so it’s best to not touch it the minute you wake up!
